Good Week
- Jim Dempsey – even though his beloved Elizabeth is not with him, he has borrowed Paul W’s mistress and she’s doing the business.
- Geraldine O’Neill – for being married to the MSA President, who asks permission before fiddling with her rig.
- Anthony Carthy – for beating ‘the brother’ on Tuesday and being 4th overall. (9th last year)
- Geraldine O’Neill – Lively Lady is going well lying 7th overall (22nd last year) and leading the Daphne
- Shay O’Toole – for a Championship Race win and being 5th overall (13th last year)
- Enda Weldon – for seeing a broken boom on Puffin (see below!)
- Claire Lowes – her first Mermaid Week and putting 8 boats behind her in Race 2
- Frankie Browne – restored Cara II is going fast as well as looking good
Bad Week
- Ross Galbraith – OCS in Race 2, and RTD in Race 3, When things go right, he can do it though, with a 7th today. Will he propose two discards at the AGM?
- Derek Joyce – also in the OCS club and conditions in past 2 days a little windy for a light crew
- Therese McHugh – for gear failure and whose husband doesn’t ask permission before fiddling with her rig
- Enda Weldon – for a nasty smack from Puffin’s boom (see above!)
- Frankie Browne – restored Cara II sent him for a swim
- James McCormack – for been beaten by both sons Mark and Darragh
- Bar staff at FYC – no chance of an early night this week
